Shipping costs including VAT. These prices are calculated by the weight of the package and its delivery location.

VAT is not added onto your shipping cost, this is absorbed by Divine Realm.

All orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched on the same day at no extra cost. For orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend, all items will be processed on the next working day. Please note that we will only receive your orders from the website after payment has been made.

Due to the new VAT rules for importing into the EU which came into effect on the 1st July 2021, we have decided to only offer deliveries to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Free delivery is available for UK mainland orders only, over £45, including any discounts applied. Highlands, islands or Northern Ireland orders are excluded. Orders under £45 do not qualify. VAT on shipping for qualifying free delivery orders is covered by Divine Realm to help keep costs low for our customers.

Both delivery options include proof of delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Although we are committed to ensuring the products you purchase from us are picked and packed with the utmost care, there may be times when there is a need for a refund or a replacement.
