While many people report positive outcomes from Reiki, results vary for each individual. Divine Realm makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or benefits.

Medical Advice

If you have a medical or mental health condition you should consult a qualified healthcare professional. Practitioners at Divine Realm do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications or interfere with treatment provided by licensed medical professionals.

Client Responsibility

By booking a Reiki session or attunement you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and that you will seek appropriate medical care when needed.

Age Requirements

Bookings for Reiki healing and attunements must be completed by a person over 18. Persons under 18 must have a parent or guardian present and consent must be obtained before any session begins.

Animal Policy

No Reiki is offered to animals at this time.

Energy Work Sensations

Reiki may involve gentle touch or hands placed just above the body for in-person sessions or intention-based energy work for distant sessions. You may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling or relaxation; these are normal responses.

Consultation

A consultation is carried out prior to the session or attunement to ensure suitability and understanding.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

No refunds are given for Reiki sessions or attunements. Appointments and attunements can be rearranged with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Sessions or attunements can be transferred to another client with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If no notice is given and the appointment is missed no refund or rescheduling will be available.

Attunement Insurance Requirement

Once you have received a level 2 practitioner attunement you are responsible for obtaining your own insurance if you intend to practice Reiki.

Right to Refuse

Divine Realm reserves the right to refuse a session or attunement if it is deemed inappropriate or unsafe to proceed.

Accident and Injury Policy

Divine Realm takes no responsibility for any accident or injury that may occur before or after a Reiki session or attunement.
